 Terms and conditions:
1. No contract required.  Must sign for a minimum of 6 months. Membership will automatically continue until cancelled.
2. 30 day cancellation notice necessary after 6th month. 
3. Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional massages, body treatments or facials at discounted price.
4. A 10% discount is given to all members for products.
5. Unused services may be carried over to next month.  Upon terminating membership, accumulated member services expire. 
6. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
7.Forty-Eight hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a full charge.

8. Waxing membership-any waxing done over 5 weeks will not be eligible for discount. 

9. Services not included in membership may be given a discount but cannot be swapped out in lieu of member treatment. 

10. Membership must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to use.  May not be purchased and used towards same day service.

11. Please note that when freezing a membership,  any unused services will be frozen as well. Upon resuming payment, frozen treatments may be used.  Accounts frozen for over 6 months will be cancelled permanently and unused services will expire.

12. Memberships that are unpaid (past due) for over 3 months will be terminated and any unused services will expire.

13. Limit 2 services per visit.

14. If membership goes unpaid for over 180 days it will be terminated automatically.
