 Terms and conditions:
1. No contract required.  Must sign for 6 months.
2. 30 day cancellation notice necessary after 6th month. 
3. Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional massages, body treatments or facials at discounted price.
4. A 10% discount is given to all Signature members on retail product and 15% off for Platinum.
5. Unused services may be carried over to next month.  Upon terminating membership, accumulated member services expire. 
6.Non-transferable and non-refundable.
7.Twenty four hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

8. Waxing membership-any waxing done over 5 weeks will not be eligible for discount.
